Sarah is a licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer, and 500-hour registered yoga teacher with nearly two decades of experience helping people move with greater ease, strength, and awareness. After earning her massage therapy degree from Boulder college of Massage Therapy, Sarah continued her education with a degree in personal training from Heritage College, Ace Certification, and extensive training in yoga and movement.
With a thoughtful, assessment-based approach Sarah begins by understanding each person’s goals and areas of concern - incorporating movement and range-of-motion assessments to help guide her work. She is passionate about helping people develop greater body awareness and create a stronger connection within their bodies. Her practice combines therapeutic massage and bodywork with movement based techniques to address pain, mobility limitations, muscular tension, and soft-tissue injuries. Depending on individual needs, treatments may include assisted stretching, cupping, gua sha, Thai yoga massage, hot stones, breathwork, meditation, LED light therapy and more.

Her passion began at age 16 in beauty school and has continued through a diverse career in hair, skin care, nails, body treatments, massage, and spa services. With seven years of experience in resort salons and spas on Maui, she has carefully refined her ability to create restorative experiences tailored to each client.
Sienna’s extensive background includes massage, skincare, body treatments, facials and other spa services. She specializes in facial massage and facial wellness, incorporating techniques such as facial sculpting, myofascial release, cupping, gua sha, and buccal (intraoral) massage.

During her years working in oncology, she witnessed the limitations of conventional treatments and felt compelled to explore more holistic and regenerative healing modalities. This led her to specialize in ozone therapy and nutrient IV infusions at a leading longevity clinic for four years, where she saw firsthand their potential to revitalize patients health and well being.

As a graduate of Maui School of Therapeutic Massage in 2015, she believes that massage is not only a form of physical relief but also a pathway to restoring emotional balance and inner calm. Through her work, Nicole strives to help each client feel renewed, relaxed and reconnected to their well-being. Her practice embodies the idea that healing starts from within and grows outward.
Sessions are crafted using a skilled combination of lomi lomi, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, acupressure, reflexology, myofascial release, and body mobilization. Allowing a restorative, balanced and deeply effective treatment tailored to your needs.
